Conveyor Gravity Roller and Roller Track Tops
Durable Modular Steel Construction
The conveyor gravity roller and roller track tops are built for efficient product handling in industrial, packing, and assembly environments. The top structure is made from 25/10th sheet steel for the frame and 20/10th sheet steel for the edges and rail guide combs, offering strong and reliable daily performance. The complete assembly is removable and mounted using screws, nuts, and 4 ladder/top junction plates made of 25/10th sheet steel.
Flexible Roller Configuration for Smooth Material Flow
These tops can be fitted with either galvanized steel rollers with a 30 mm diameter or three roller track rails with a 30 mm diameter. Additional roller track rails can be added with a 48 mm pitch, allowing a table to accommodate up to 13 roller rails. The side edges can be fixed in either raised or lowered positions, and optional end-of-line stops can also be added for greater control and safety.
