Flexible Conveyor Top Options for Smooth Material Flow
This conveyor workstation table is designed to improve product handling efficiency in assembly, packing, and production environments. The top structure is manufactured from durable 25/10th sheet steel for the frame and 20/10th sheet steel for the edges and rail guide combs. It can be configured with either galvanized steel gravity rollers or roller track rails with a diameter of 30 mm, allowing smooth and controlled movement of boxes, bins, and components.
Adjustable, Modular, and Built for Industrial Use
The conveyor tables consist of two fully removable legs or ladders made of 20/10th sheet steel and a lower cross-member in 25/10th sheet steel, assembled with screws and nuts for strength and easy servicing. The table is mechanically adjustable in height from 700 to 900 mm in 50 mm increments, and the tabletop can incline up to 5°. Each unit is supplied with a jack kit and two connecting parts for linking multiple tables together or attaching to a ball transfer table. Optional castors, lower shelves, and other accessories are available to suit different workstation layouts.
