Shipping & Return
We will deliver your product to the address you specify when ordering. You cannot change the address anymore as when we have already shipped the package.
Our carrier, DHL, Aramex, Fedex handles our distribution, depending on the size of the shipment. When the package is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track your order. We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
In the case of large-scale orders, metalwork such as tipper containers and such, you must be present at the time of delivery. You should also be in possession of your own forklift or something similar to receive metalwork orders.
If the order is delayed, we will notify you by email. We guarantee that you will receive order within 30 days after order confirmation. If this unlikely event occurs, you can ask us to send (a) the amount you have paid for the product to be paid back immediately; or (b) a replacement product (of equal value).
Lead time indicated online is approximate shipping time if item is still in stock. The time indicated reflects the shipment within the UAE.
All shipments outside UAE can take longer time due to import/export/custom clearance. Products, transportation mode and destinations varies per request.
