DIN EN 1065 EURO props:
High capacity props, designed to bear more than 30kN. Made in Italy but DIN EN 1065-approved with certificate issued in Germany.
The legislation DIN EN 1065 sets the standards that every component and every characteristic of the props has to meet, among them it is important to note the quality of steel, the data in the marking made by the producer, the extension of the items and above all the key factor: the Characteristic Strength that props need to have.
DIN EN 1065 props come in three models, depending on the guaranteed maximum capacity at the maximum extensions:
DIN EN 1065 Type B: B props can only be classed as such if and only if in EVERY extension that they reach, the characteristic strength is higher or equal to the one provided by the legislation. With variable capacity and available in variants with 182 to 400 cm extension.
DIN EN 1065 Type D: D props can only be classed as such if and only if in EVERY extension that they reach, the characteristic strength is higher or equal to the one provided by the legislation; the strength is given by a fixed value of 34,0 Kn. With 20kN guaranteed capacity and available in variants with 182 to 550 cm extension.
DIN EN 1065 Type E :As in the case of Type D, Type E props can only be classed as such if and only if in EVERY extension that they reach, the characteristic strength is higher or equal to the one provided by the legislation; the strengths is given by a fixed value of 51,0 kN. With 30kN guaranteed capacity and available in variants with 173 to 400 cm extension.
Fork head props:
Props made with fork head already welded to support the beam in the shoring system. Manufactured according to the customer’s ABOMA.
