The barrel clamp is slid onto the forks of the forklift. It is secured with hand screws. The forklift drives with the drum clamp onto the drum(s) and puts the clamps on top of the drum(s). The barrel clamp is lowered to the center of the barrel(s). When the barrel(s) are lifted, they are automatically clamped between the drum clamps. When the drum(s) have to be disconnected again, the drum(s) are placed on the ground, and the forklift truck drives backwards. The clamps release automatically. The DG 10 is suitable for single 208L steel drums, while the DG 20 handles double 208L steel drums.
