Extreme Fire Resistance for High-Risk Environments

This 90-minute safety cabinet is designed for the secure storage of flammable liquids in demanding industrial, laboratory, and hazardous work environments. It provides extended fire protection to help safeguard contents and support safer evacuation during emergency situations. With a storage capacity of 100 liters, it is ideal for facilities that require high-performance flammable storage with strict safety compliance.

Advanced Fire Protection and Corrosion-Resistant Construction

The cabinet is manufactured from 1 to 1.5 mm steel with high-density rock wool fiber and calcium sulfate panels for superior thermal protection. Under fire conditions, intumescent strips expand and hermetically seal all gaps to reduce heat transfer into the cabinet, delivering up to 90 minutes of protection. The exterior features an acid-resistant epoxy-coated finish for excellent corrosion resistance, while the interior MFC panels resist acid and corrosive vapors. The hybrid-close door can be operated manually and closes automatically when the temperature exceeds 122°F (50°C). The vent butterfly valve closes securely at 158°F (70°C) in case of fire.
