We offer three different models of DIN EN 1065 class E struts (E 30, E 35, E 40). They are classified according to maximum expansion and capacity. Below you will find the technical characteristics of each of them.

DIN EN 1065 props are heavy duty props. Designed to bear heavy loads - more than 30kN - they are at the core of the production.
Thanks to the certificate issued by the strict German technical institute "Materialprüfungsanstalt Universität Stuttgart", they fully comply with the UNI EN 1065:1999 European standard.
This standard set the toughest requirements worldwide as regards materials, design requirements and protection measures against corrosion.
The handle of the prop always features a marking bearing the following:
  • The standard subject of compliance;
  • Year of manufacture;
  • Manufacturer Identification Code (G stands for manufacturer ).
DIN EN 1065 heavy duty props come in the following versions:
  • Coated;
  • Electrolytically galvanized;
    • Hot dip galvanized.
  • General specification

    Below are the features of our “DIN EN 1065” EURO prop:
    differently shaped plates, depending on the class of the support, to make it immediately visually recognizable;
    forged steel adjusting ring nut with two additional holes, suitable for millimetric adjustment;
    hook chamfered at the ends: easier to insert into the holes thanks to its ergonomic shape;
    anti-shear system: the greater length of the inner tube compared to the outer one makes it possible to guarantee a difference of at least 10 cm between the two to avoid injury;
    male thread obtained through roll forming, ensuring the wholeness of the material without removing material;
    inner holes obtained with machines that can machine them perfectly or by means of a milling system that obtains twists on the surface of the pipe: both methods guarantee the complete absence of burrs in the vicinity of the holes;
    inner tube anti-slip-off system, to prevent the tube from slipping accidentally, thus guaranteeing integrity and safety when laying down and moving on site;
    three types of surface protection, obtained by the process of:
    dip coating;
passivated electrolytic galvanizing (tropicalization), with a guaranteed minimum thickness of 10 microns;
hot-dip galvanizing, with a guaranteed minimum thickness of 50 microns;

quick release system, an accessory that guarantees the release of the support under the load by simply hitting it with the hammer to speed up and simplify the release procedure and reduce operator effort;
tripod that can support the support when laying on the construction site and when laying the floor;
three different types of forks for supporting the floor, depending on the needs of the manufacturer:
head stop fork (easy),
4-way head,
fork referred to as "drop head".
Note: the capacities indicated in the table always refer to the capacity of the single post shore. Higher capacities can be achieved by binding, port-like systems or pipe coupling systems. The gate-like system is a temporary structure suitable for creating a loading tower. By tying the props in quarters, the capacity can be maximized. The pipe coupling system provides top and bottom pipe with couplings; it is the same figure of the
gate, which is more economical, but less fast.
